Trump: Additional 15-Hundred Troops Will Be Sent To Mideast

President Donald Trump Departs White House For Holiday Weekend

President Trump says about 15-hundred additional troops will be deployed to the Middle East. Talking with news reporters at the White House today, Trump called it a relatively small number of troops. The move is seen as a response to growing tensions with Iran. The U.S. has long-accused Iran of being a leading state sponsor of terrorism and of causing trouble in the volatile Middle East. Trump pulled the U.S. out of the multi-nation Iran nuclear accord last year.
