In MLB Wednesday, another No Hitter was pitched! Michael Lorenzen just traded by the Tigers to the Phillies, pitched a No Hitter against the Nationals. Lorenzen had 5 strikeouts and 4 walks and threw 124 pitches. It was his 2nd start for his new team. The Phillies won the game 7-0.
The Yankees lost to the White Sox 9-2. Giancarlo Stanton homered for New York.
The Red Sox beat the Royals 4-3. Triston Casas homered for Boston.
The Mets edged the Cubs 4-3. Pete Alonso and Jeff McNeil homered for the Mets.
