The Red Sox beat the Rangers 4-2. Justin Turner had 2 rbis for Boston.
The Mets edged the Diamondbacks 2-1. Francisco Alvarez homered for the Mets. The Mets have won 4 in a row.

A family trip to Stratford(with a little picnic too) to see Hamden at Milford - in Stratford? Oh well -
Milford scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 1st and quite frankly - the game was over then - Hamden didn't recover and Milford added 2 runs in the 4th, 5 in the 5th and 1 in the 6th, enroute to an easy 10-2 win over Hamden.
Tegan Grillo was the winning pitcher. He was brilliant going 6 innings allowing just 1 run and 5 hits and had 5 strikeouts.
Brian Massey went 4 for 4 and had 3 rbis and Joe Adzima had 2 rbis for Milford.
Malcolm Benton had an rbi double for Hamden.
