A trip to Albertus Magnus to watch the Conn. Technical Conference(CTC) Championship Game - Wolcott Tech(Torrington) vs. O'Brien Tech(Ansonia)
This game had a little bit of everything. Oh, by the way O'Brien beat Wolcott 7-6 to win their 2nd consecutive CTC Title.
The 2 teams combined for 13 runs, 12 hits, 7 errors, 17 runners left on base, 19 strikeouts, 13 walks and a Hit Batsman.
I did say a little bit of everything - didn't I.
For O'Brien Tech - Steph Tamburrino had a single and scored a run, Ava Sharkey scored 3 runs, Krystal Black had 2 hits, scored 2 runs, and had 2 rbis, Marley Orosz had 2 hits and had the GAME WINNING RBI in the bottom of the 7th
For Wolcott Tech - Zoie Matava had a double and 2 rbis, Sierra Doyle had 2 hits and scored a run
