In the NBA Wednesday, the Brooklyn Nets defeated the Indiana Pacers 129-121. Kevin Durant had 39 points for Brooklyn. Kyrie Irving returned to the Nets for his 1st game of the season. Irving played 31 minutes and scored 22 points.
The Boston Celtics lost to the San Antonio Spurs 99-97. Jaylen Brown had 30 points for Boston.
