Thursday's Broadcast is a Boys Basketball Game - Branford at North Haven

This is the opening game of the season for both teams.
But the North Haven Boys team will be playing their 1st game under their new Mascot name - the Nighthawks!
Chris Burnham coaches the Hornets and Danny Oglesby coaches the Nighthawks.
This should be a good matchup - North Haven struggled last year while the Hornets had a pretty good season. Branford led in scoring by Sophomore Jake Palluzzi(yes son of Asst. Coach Jake Palluzzi, who was the Head Coach for many years). The young Palluzzi can light it up from anywhere on the court.
The Hornets will go into this game, in my mind, a road favorite. But I'm sure the Nighthawks(I'm going to have to get used to this new Mascot) would like to start with a victory for their new Mascot. It might be a tall order.
But we to get to find out together.
