The Boston Red Sox defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 6-5 to win the Best of 5 Series 3-1. Boston advances to the ALCS to play the winner of the Astros/White Sox Series. Kike Hernandez drove in the game winning rbi for Boston with a Sac Fly in the bottom of the 9th inning.
The Astros and White Sox were postponed Monday because of rain. Game 4 will be Tuesday afternoon in Chicago. The Astros lead the Series 2-1.
NLDS
The Braves blanked the Brewers 3-0 in Atlanta. The Braves now lead the Series 2-1. Game 4 is in Atlanta Tuesday.
The Giants beat the Dodgers 1-0 in Los Angeles. San Francisco leads the Series 2-1. Game 4 is in Los Angeles Tuesday.

John Gruden has resigned as Head Coach of the Las Vegas Raiders due to inappropriate emails in which he used insensitive language. Gruden was in the 4th year of a 10 year contract.
The NHL regular season begins Tuesday with 2 games.
