In MLB Wednesday, the Yankees lost to the Blue Jays 6-5. New York rallied from a 5-2 deficit to tie the game at 5, thanks to a 2 run single by Kyle Higashioka. But Bo Bichette hit his 2nd Home Run of the game off Clay Holmes to win it for Toronto. The Yankees lead the Red Sox by 1 game for the Top Wild Card spot.
The Red Sox shutout the Orioles 6-0. Hunter Renfroe and J.D. Martinez homered for Boston.
The Mets lost to the Marlins 3-2. Michael Conforto homered for the Mets.

NBA players who don't follow local vaccination mandates won't be paid for missed games this season. New York and San Francisco currently have a vaccine requirement for players on the Knicks, Nets and Warriors.
The Knicks have announced their roster is 100% vaccinated.
