In MLB Wednesday, the Yankees beat the Royals 5-2. Tyler Wade had 2 doubles and DJ LeMahieu, Rougned Odor, Aaron Judge and Luke Voit(2) all had rbis for New York.
The Red Sox crushed the Rays 20-8. Xander Bogaerts homered for Boston. The Red Sox pounded out 19 hits in the game.
The Mets rallied and beat the Nationals 8-7. Pete Alonso had 3 hits and an rbi and Michael Conforto had 2 rbis for the Mets.
The 2nd Game of the Doubleheader was postponed because of rain and will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday.
