A family trip to Hamden on Tuesday - Orange visiting Hamden in Senior Legion play.
A very entertaining game - both teams have clinched spots in the State Tournament - Hamden is the #3 seed out of Zone 2 and Orange will be the #4 or #5 seed.
Hamden scored a run in the 1st on a Wild Pitch, but Orange answered with 2 runs in the 2nd, 1 run on an error and 1 run on an infield out.
Orange added a run in the 3rd and led 3-1 on a SAC Fly by John Turski.
Hamden tied in the 3rd on rbis from Braydon Sullivan and Jeremiah Greenberg.
The game remained tied 3-3 until the bottom of the 9th.
Dan Alissi led off with a triple and Jack Wagner singled him home and that was it 4-3 Hamden wins.
Hamden finishes 13-8, Orange is 9-11 with 1 game remaining.

Wallingford 3 North Haven 0 Hunter Geisler was the winning pitcher and had 8 strikeouts. Bill Gorry had a double and 2 rbis and Ethan Rosenthal had a double for Wallingford.
Caleb Somma had 2 hits and Shaun Murray had 2 hits, including a double.
Madison and Branford played to a 3-3 tie, suspended because of darkness.
