It was a family trip to North Haven on Sunday - Senior Legion - Hamden visiting North Haven. Willy loves Bailey Road Field.
Not a whole lot of offense in this one - but an entertaining game - in fact it went 8 innings(you know how much I love extra inning games) and in the end, Hamden nipped North Haven 2-1.
Sean McGarry was the winning pitcher - went the distance - and gave up 1 run 6 hits 7 strikeouts and 1 walk - pretty darn good I'd say - .
Mike Nista had 3 hits and Luis Roman had 2 hits for Hamden.
Will Sullivan had 2 hits and Tyler Harger had the lone North Haven rbi.

Parker Hunter got the win in relief for Wallingford. Justin Hackett got the save. Bill Gorry was 2 for 3 with a double. Parker Hunter drove in both rbis.

Justin Grammatico was the winning pitcher. Justin Lucibello was 3 for 4 with 3 doubles and Justin Hackett was 2 for 4.
