In MLB Wednesday night, Yankees Pitcher, Corey Kluber, pitched a NO HITTER, as New York beat the Texas Rangers 2-0. Kluber had 9 strikeouts and threw 101 pitches. It was the 6th No Hitter of the MLB Season and the 12th No Hitter in Yankee History. Kluber came within 1 batter of a Perfect Game.
It is the first time since 1969 that No Hitters have been thrown on 2 consecutive days.
The Red Sox beat the Blue Jays 7-3. Enrique Hernandez, J.D. Martinez, Alex Verdugo and Christian Vazquez all homered for Boston.
The Mets lost to the Braves 5-4. Jonathan Villar homered for the Mets.
