The Lions of Foran, coached by Ian Kirkpatrick, got their 1st win of the season, in the 1st Round of the SCC Tournament, beating Sheehan 69-62. The Lions had gone through some injuries this season, including losing their starting point guard. But he is back now and Foran got their 1st win of the season.
East Haven, the #2 seed, coach by Rick Narracci, has had a great season. The Yellowjackets combined a balanced offense with a solid defense.
This should be a dandy.

The winner advances to the Semifinals Tuesday night.
