Girls BB : Law Hands West Haven 1st Loss

Monday became an adventure for me and Henry Bien-Aime. We thought we were going to East Haven to broadcast the Cheshire/East Haven Girls Basketball Game. But alas - a leak in the roof - in the gym - on the court - oh no - postponed the game and moved to tomorrow at 5pm.

So our travels took us to Milford - Jonathan Law HS - Girls Basketball - West Haven at Jonathan Law

The Blue Devils came into the game undefeated. The left with their 1st loss 58-49 to Law.

It was a balanced scoring attack for the Lawmen. Katie Konareski led the way with 17 points, Maddie Lula had 14 points, Shelby Green had 13 points, and Mariyah Reid 8 points for Law. See what I mean - balance.

Amani Abuhatab had 28 points, including #1,000 of her career. But she was the only girl in double figures for the Blue Devils. West Haven is 4-1, Law 2-3.
