The Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 3-1 to win the World Series Championship. It is the Dodgers 7th World Series Title and their first since 1988. Corey Seager was named World Series MVP.
In Boys High School Soccer, I went to Woodbridge Tuesday to take in Shelton and Amity. It was a very entertaining and very physical game.
Noah Doyens scored for Shelton to give the Gaels a 1-0 lead at Halftime.
But the Spartans scored 4 unanswered goals in the 2nd half to claim a 4-1 victory. Jonathan Sandoval scored 2 goals, including the game winner for Amity. Ari Bobi and Diogo Artaza also scored for the Spartans.
Amity is 5-3, Shelton is 1-3.
