UCONN Men's Guard, Alterique Gilbert, is leaving UCONN and transferring to Wichita State of the AAC. UCONN left the AAC after this season to rejoin the Big East.
Also leaving, Quinnipiac's Kevin Marfo, the leading rebounder in the country this past season, says he is transferring to Texas A & M. Marfo averaged 10.2 points per game and 13.6 rebounds per game.
The NFL Draft will take place April 23-25.

Chris Pace has been hired as the new Head Football Coach at Abbott Tech/Immaculate. Pace has coached at Bullard Havens the past 2 seasons going 20-2. Pace takes over for Rich Holmes, who retired.
Pace also coached the Abbott Tech Girls Basketball Team this past season where he posted a 19-1 record. Taking over at ATI was an easy decision for Pace. He teaches at Abbott Tech.
Little League International Headquarters in Williamsport, Pennsylvania has called for all Little League activity to stop until May 11.
