Thursday's Broadcast - the SCC Boys Basketball Tournament Championship at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven.
You couldn't ask for a better game - right down to the final shot - and when the smoke cleared - the Governors of Wilbur Cross had beaten the Green Knights of Notre Dame(WH) 49-48 to repeat as SCC Champions. It also was the 2nd year in a row Wilbur Cross had defeated Notre Dame(WH).
Darius Esdaile and Jayvon Taylor had 13 points each for Wilbur Cross. Derek added 10 points for the Governors.
Marquise McDuffie led ND(WH) with 10 points.
Both teams now prepare for the CIAC State Tournament.
