A family trip(Willy loves these family trips) to Hamden to take in East Haven and Hamden in Senior Legion action.
Hamden blanked East Haven 10-0 in a game called after 4 1/2 innings because of the Mercy Rule.
Brendan Kirck was the winning pitcher. He allowed just 2 hits and had 6 strikeouts in just 4 innings of work. Tyler Osborne pitched the 5th inning. Henry Bielen had a single, double, scored a run, and had 4 rbis and CJ Kuselias had 2 hits, scored 2 runs, and had an rbi for Hamden.
