What a great Doubleheader of Boys Basketball in my Monday Broadcast.
The Boys SCC Basketball Tournament Semifinals
Game 1 Wilbur Cross defeated Amity 67-65. Enasj Jones had 23 points and Kyle Daniels 22 points for Wilbur Cross.
Tanner Thomas and James Van Hise each had 16 points for Amity.
This game went right down to the wire. The foul line told the final story. Cross was 13-17 in the 4th quarter while Amity was 10 for 18.
Game 2 saw Notre Dame(WH) beat Hamden 63-54.
Zach Laput led ND(WH) with 23 points while Connor Raines added 18 points.
Justice Washington topped Hamden with 19 points.

So it will be Notre Dame(WH) - Wilbur Cross III for the Title on Wednesday night. Wilbur Cross handed ND(WH) its only loss of the season.
The Girls CIAC State Basketball began on Monday night.
In Class L, these teams have advanced to the 2nd Round: ND(Ffld), St. Joseph, Hillhouse, Lyman Hall, East Haven, Guilford, North Haven, Hand, Branford
In Class S, these teams have moved on to the 2nd Round: Old Lyme, Coginchaug, St. Paul Catholic, Bloomfield, East Hampton
Class LL and Class M begin Tuesday night.
