3 Championships are set in the CIAC State Football Tournament. The Class LL, L and S Title Games are set while the Class M Title Game will have to wait to Monday to settle.
My Broadcast featuring Bloomfield at Ansonia was a fantastic game with a fantastic finish. Bloomfield led 12-0, but Ansonia scored the next 13 points for a 13-12 early 4th quarter. Bloomfield then scored the next 14 points to take a 26-13 lead. But Ansonia scored to make it 26-19 and then recovered the onsides kick at the 50 yard line. Ansonia running back Shaykeem Harmon then bobbed and weaved his way inside the Bloomfield 10 yard line but fumbled and Brookfield recovered the ball on their own 5 yard line to put the game away.
