I travelled to Milford Wednesday afternoon to take in some Girls Softball - West Haven at Jonathan Law. It seems I always see wild games whenever I go to Law and Wednesday was no exception. West Haven beat Law 9-7, scoring in every inning. However, trailing 7-0, Law scored 6 runs in the 5th inning to make it a game.
Dede Rodriguez had 3 hits, 2 rbis and scored 2 runs for West Haven and with that effort, was named the Willy George DeMaio Top Dog of the Game.
Ashlynn O'Keefe had 3 hits(all bunt singles) and scored 3 runs, Makenna White had 2 hits and an rbi and KC Marron had a single and 2 rbis for West Haven.
Cali Jolley had 3 hits, Gina Boccamazzo had 2 hits and an rbi, Kary O'Connor had 2 hits and Emily Morey had a single and 2 rbis for Jonathan Law.
