Another fantastic night of High School Basketball - the SCC Girls Tournament Semifinals at Jonathan Law High School in Milford.
In Game 1, East Haven defeated Hand 56-55. McKenzie Helms drilled the game winning shot with 5 seconds left in the game. She finished with 22 points. Kylie Schlottman led the Yellowjackets with 24 points.
Sara Wohlgemuth led Hand with 21 points while Gabby Egidio added 15.
It was a fantastic game from start to finish.
Game 2 saw the #1 seed defeat #4 seed Hamden 62-47. Kamryn King led the Tigers with 20 points, including 5 3 pointers. Isabella Santoro added 19 and Meghan DeVille 15 for Mercy.
Asya Brandon led the Green Dragons with 15 points.
