Wally and I went to Milford on Tuesday afternoon and saw Wilcox Tech(Meriden) defeat Platt Tech(Milford) 12-5 and remain unbeaten. Wilcox Tech is 7-0, Platt Tech 5-3.
Brianna Brown was the winning pitcher. She also had 3 hits and an rbi. Sam Petro added 3 hits, scored 2 runs and had 2 rbis, Alex Nissle had 2 hits and an rbi, Katie Gaedeke had 3 hits and 2 rbis and Rachel Regula had 2 hits and an rbi for Wilcox Tech.
For Platt Tech, Mae Lanese had 3 hits and scored 2 runs, Brianna Scarantino had 3 hits, including a Home Run, and 3 rbis and Julissa Melendez had 2 hits and an rbi.
