In MLB Tuesday, the Yankees beat the Orioles 6-5 in 10 innings. Harrison Bader homered and Aaron Judge(his HR tied the game in the 9th); Anthony Volpe drove in the game winning rbi with a Sac Fly in the 10th.
The Mets lost to the Cubs 7-2. Pete Alonso homered for the Mets.
The Red Sox were blanked by the Angels 4-0. Boston had only 2 hits in the game.

Out to Milford on Tuesday - SCC Softball Tournament Semifinals - Amity at Jonathan Law - what a great game
Scoreless through 3 innings, Law struck for 2 runs in the 4th. Elizabeth Roos and Paige Jolley had the Law rbis.
But Amity scored 1 run in the 5th(double steal), 1 run in the 6th(rbi double by Sydney Manzione) and 1 run in the 7th(a Grace Carrington Home Run) and that was the game winning rbi as Amity defeated Law 3-2. Amity will now face North Haven( a 5-3 winner over Cheshire) Thursday night in the SCC Softball Tournament Championship at Biondi Field in West Haven at 7pm.
Gabby Celozzi was the winning pitcher, going the distance.
