I feel like I'm that team you want to root for because you feel like they have all the tools but just need to put it together. I'm not far off on my predictions but, as it seems lately, these games have been all falling the wrong way for me. I have been right there on my last couple guesses, where the game was tied in 3rd quarter, and the result went the opposite of what I was hoping for. As my loyal followers may have noticed, there is always a good excuse for why I am off. Because let's be honest, if it weren't for my excuses, I'd nail every guess. I digress. Unlike the past two games this week, I have a little bit of prior knowledge about the teams I'm picking. We witnessed Milford Coop take down New Milford not too long ago so I am well aware about the skills of Mariners Captain Kyle Kosh. I'm also not afraid. This isn't New Milford nor is this game at the Milford Ice Arena. This is a home game for the black and yellow down at the Bennett. Amity's Coach Scooter Richetelli will have his boys ready to go. Keep in mind, this will be a very hungry Spartans team. I do expect them to come out a little rusty so if D3 Milford Coop wants a shot at taking down D2 Amity, they need to attack early and often. If the Mariners put Amity on their heels early, this could go the other way but I expect Amity to weather the storm and come out on top.
