No. 10 Wilbur Cross hosted Career at the Floyd Little Athletic Center Wednesday night in a match-up of 2 teams looking to gauge where their teams are as they progress towards the post season.
Wilbur Cross(8-2), using Kwane Taylor's 20 points along with Joel Pullen's 14 points, were able to use a 3rd quarter run that expanded their lead from five points to 11 points on their way to a 57-50 victory. The win gives them 8 which will qualify them for both SCC and State Tourneys.
Career (6-3) led by Kyle Daniels (13 pts), and Tamar Williams (11 pts) made runs to try to keep it close, the 3rd quarter double digit deficit was to much to overcome en route to their 3rd loss of the season.
