There's A New Soda In New Britain: 'Coronavirus Cocktail'

Avery's Soda of New Britain announced their newest flavor, Coronavirus Cocktail, this weekend. It is only available for a limited amount of time. The lime-orange flavor might be available for even shorter than the kitschy pop purveyors planned, as social media has not given it the warmest of welcomes. For what it's worth, Avery's asks that people wash their hands at the bottom of the label.

The company was founded in the summer of 1904 by Sherman F. Avery. Located at 520 Corbin Avenue, they bottle and small-batch craft soda in 35 flavors. In recent years they've been having more and more fun with the names of their latest concoctions. They had a blast during the 2016 Presidential election, and their 'Don't Tax Me Ned' remains a top-seller.
