"You ugly!"
That's what a classy, adult TSA agent wrote down on a broken off piece of cardboard and handed to a young man in Rochester. When he didn't open it right away she even shouted to him, imploring him to read what she had written. Poor guy probably thought it was a phone number for a second. Watch her hand it out and laugh raucously after she sees him read it here. It appears as if she's in the process of beginning to write another for the next passenger, or has written others already, as the tissue box she's writing them on is tattered. She might have even thought she was just having fun, and that the travelers would get that she was being playful and getting through her work day. But it got her fired just the same.
