The 52-year-old landscaper was arrested after a 48-year-old female associate complained that he had secretly taken video of her while the two of them were on a break from a job at a local home. He had ventured inside - a landscaper? - to watch some porn and "relive himself." His "associate" questioned his doing this, and when she returned she found him now naked and covered in maple syrup. This is when she joined in.
When the woman found out there was video, police said, she demanded that he delete it, but he refused. She complained to police that he had taken videos without her permission, then refused to delete them. He has been arrested for voyeurism.
Not breaking and entering? What if he HAD deleted the videos - no harm, no foul?
