The UCONN Women's Basketball Team defeated Syracuse 72-64 Monday night to advance to the Sweet 16.
The UCONN Men will play San Diego State Thursday night in the Sweet 16.

Quinnipiac will face Wisconsin Friday night in the Providence Regional. Boston College will play Michigan Tech in the other Regional game. The 2 winners will meet Sunday in the Regional Final.
High School: The High School Baseball and Softball seasons will begin on Saturday.
MLB: The regular season begins on Thursday, although the Dodgers and Padres played 2 games in Seoul, South Korea that were regular season games. The 2 teams split the 2 game series.
