Lyman Hall bolted out to a 16-9 lead after 1 quarter on the strength of 4 3 pointers from Naz Medina.
East Haven regrouped and outscored LH 11-8 in Quarter 2 and trailed 24-20 at the Half. East Haven continued the attack in the 3rd quarter and took the lead 37-35 after 3 quarters.
In a wild 4th quarter, Lyman Hall got 2 clutch foul shots from Justin Hackett with 3.8 sec. left and the game ended tied at 47-47 at the end of regulation.
An extra 4 minutes and Lyman Hall took control. Some clutch foul shooting from Justin Hackett and key baskets from Naz Medina and the Trojans defeated the Yellowjackets 59-51 in OT.
For Lyman Hall - Naz Medina had 18 points, Ty Casey had 14 points and Justin Hackett added 14 points
For East Haven - Ron Calderon had 21 points, Tim Case had 11 points and Shea Carasone 12 points
East Haven is 10-5, Lyman Hall 3-10
