Thursday night - a family trip to Madison - Senior Legion - Hamden at Madison at the Town Campus Field - a beautiful field and a great place to watch a game.
A great game - pitchers throwing strikes - but neither team did a lot of scoring.
In the end, Hamden and Madison played to a 1-1 tie, suspended after 10 innings because of darkness.
Hamden scored their run in the 2nd inning on an rbi infield out from Brayden Sullivan.
Madison tied it up in the 5th on an rbi single from Jared Kuryan. Madison had some chances to win it, but couldn't score. They had a runner thrown out at Home in the 6th, left the bases loaded in the 7th and got runners on in the 8th, 9th and 10th and couldn't score.
Hamden put runners on the 7th, 9th and 10th and couldn't score either.
