In the ALCS, the Tampa Bay Rays defeated the Houston Astros 5-2 and now have a commanding 3-0 lead in the Best of 7 Series. The Rays scored all their runs in the 6th inning.
In the NLCS, the Braves beat the Dodgers 8-7 and lead that series 2-0. The Braves led 8-3, but the Dodgers scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 9th inning and had the tying run on base but fell short.
