MLB: Owners Would Cancel Season; Red Sox Cutting Employees Pay

Some Major League Baseball owners have said they are perfectly okay with shutting down the 2020 season.

The Boston Red Sox are cutting the pay of its employees using a tiered system. Here are the tiers of cuts:

$50K - $99K salary 20%

$100K - $499K 25%

$500K + 30%

Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez have resumed their pursuit of buying the New York Mets. They are preparing a new bid for ownership of the team.

The PGA Tour plans to restart June 11th.
