Miss Virginia took this year's top honors, but Burlington's Jillian Duffy did Connecticut proud! It was announced she was a Top 5 finalist Thursday night, and when all was said and done she is this year's 4th place contestant.
A pediatric cancer and stroke survivor, Duffy is the definition of resilience, beauty and grace. Her platform health-based, she is a vocal talent.
