Rhode Island lost to New Jersey 2-0 Tuesday night in the Little League World Series and was eliminated. New Jersey will play Louisiana Wednesday at 11am.
The LL World Series concludes August 25th.
In the American Legion World Series Championship Game, Fargo North Dakota led Idaho Falls, Idaho 2-1 in the 2nd inning when the game was called because of rain. It will be concluded on Wednesday.
The High School Football Season is underway for the teams that did not have Spring Football.
The teams that did have Spring Football will begin August 23rd.
