The Red Sox snapped their losing streak beating Kansas City 7-5. Rafael Devers and Sam Travis homered for Boston.
The Mets took 2 from Miami. In Game 1, the Mets prevailed 6-2. Jacob deGrom was the winning pitcher. Amed Rosario and Jeff McNeil homered for the Mets.
The Mets won Game 2 5-4. Michael Conforto, Peter Alonso and J.D. Davis all homered for New York. The Mets have won 11 of their last 12 games and are over .500 for the 1st time since May.

Tom Brady has signed a 2 year 70 million dollar contract extension with the Patriots.
Congrats to the Stratford Brakettes for winning the Women's Major Softball National Tournament Championship in Stratford. The Brakettes defeated the Lyons(Penn.) Spirit 11-3 in the Title Game.
