A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood, starring Tom Hanks, is less biopic than it is the story of a cynical journalist interviewing the former TV sensation (and SNL punchline via Eddie Murphy) in the late 90's for an Esquire magazine article and a true friendship forming.
