I made a solo trip to Biondi Field in West Haven Monday to watch Amity at West Haven in an SCC Softball Tournament Quarterfinal Game. The game went 6 innings and then the rain came and finished the game.
By then however, Amity led 4-1 and when the game was called, the Spartans had advanced to the Semifinals.
Kelly Pritcher was the winning pitcher. Marissa Dwyer had a single, double, scored 2 runs and had an rbi, Abbey Fletcher had a single and rbi and Haley Cable had a single and rbi for Amity.
Kailey Carrano had 2 singles, a double and an rbi for West Haven.

North Haven-Notre Dame(WH) and Wilbur Cross-Cheshire were suspended and will be finished on Tuesday.
