The Red Sox's unbelievable season continued as they beat the Phillies 2-1. Sandy Leon and Brock Holt homered for Boston. Rick Porcello was the winning pitcher, now 15-5.
The Mets lost to the Orioles 6-3 at Camden Yards. Amed Rosario and Kevin Plawecki had rbis for the Mets.
