It began last week as I wrapped up the Project's Restaurant Revival Tour and discovered a gem in Madison called M&J Beach Grille (pictured). The clam strips were to die for! Tender, crispy, succulent. Not an obvious frozen food aisle faux pas, but the REAL THING. But are they the best around? They're sure up there! Here are some others:
