Dash-cam video shows a blue car heading towards oncoming traffic. A patrol car started following the vehicle after it ran a red light, forcing other cars to come to a halt.
Within seconds a man named Randy Thompkins saw the driver convulsing and jumped out of his pickup truck. Tompkins ran towards the other car without hesitation and leaped through the passenger window to put the car in park.
