The state of Virginia is in political turmoil as its three top leaders are mired in controversy. Governor Ralph Northam told his staff he doesn't plan to resign after a racist photo surfaced from his medical school yearbook. Attorney General Mark Herring has since admitted that he, too, dressed in blackface when he was a college student. Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax, meanwhile, is facing accusations of sexual assault by two women. One Virginia lawmaker is calling for his impeachment.
