There will be a recount in Florida. The Secretary of State is ordering a machine recount in the razor-thin races for governor, senator and agriculture commissioner. Unofficial results filed by counties show Republican Governor Rick Scott leading over incumbent Democratic Senator Bill Nelson by over 12,500 votes. In the governor's race, Republican former Representative Ron DeSantis is leading by nearly 34-thousand votes compared to Tallahasee Mayor Andrew Gillum. A machine recount is being ordered because the margins in all three races are under zero-point-five-percent. The machine recount must be finished by Thursday at 3 pm Eastern.
