A great Doubleheader of Boys Basketball kicked off the week's Broadcasts. It was the SCC Tournament Semifinals at the Floyd Little Athletic Center.
In Game 1, Hamden defeated Guilford 71-69. Jaylen Ricks and Victor Rosario each had 20 points for Hamden. Doug Daniels added 17 for the Green Dragons.
Sam Dombroski had 21 points and Noah Rubino and Josh Krause each had 14 points for Guilford.
In Game 2, Hillhouse knocked off Notre Dame(WH) 55-50. Rayshawn Brewer and Davon Warner each had 20 points for Hillhouse.
Connor Raines had 17 points and Mike Brooks 16 points for the Green Knights.
Hamden will play Hillhouse Wednesday night for the SCC Tournament Championship. The Green Dragons and the Academics will be meeting for the 3rd time this season. Hillhouse has won the first 2.
