The Curtain Goes Up for Week 5 in High School Football

The curtain goes up for Week 5 in the High School Football Season.

3 Games are scheduled for Thursday night:

Brien McMahon at Fairfield Ludlowe

Ansonia at Kennedy

Stratford at Brookfield

The bulk of the games are scheduled for Friday night while there are a handful slated for Saturday.

My featured game on Friday night should be an outstanding affair.

West Haven(4-0) at Cheshire(3-1) 6:55pm on News Radio 960, 960WELI.com & iheartradio

Remember to follow the game on the 960WELI Facebook Page when we go Facebook Live. Pregame interviews with the coaches, in game Video highlights and the Post Game interview with the Player of the Game.

Plus, I'll have scores of other games being played around the state.

We'll start talking Playoffs after Week 5 - which teams are looking good for a playoff spot, which teams still with hope for one and which teams may have had their hopes dashed already and will look to play spoilers. It makes for an exciting 2nd half of the season.

So here we go - Dress Rehearsal is over - time for the show to begin in Week 5 of the High School Football Season!
