Branford, Hamden and Stratford all posted victories in Zone 2 Legion Baseball on Monday night.
Branford stayed hot beating New Haven 13-0. CJ Miller was the winning pitcher. DJ Caron had 2 hits and 2 rbis and Robert Barbash had 3 rbis for Branford. Branford is now tied for 4th place in Zone 2.
Hamden scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning and beat East Haven 2-1. Frank Niro got the win pitching a 4 hitter and had 10 strikeouts. Trevor Brandi drove in the game winning rbis with a double.
Stratford edged Milford 8-7, scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th. Connor Anstis got the win relief. Richard Starkey drove in the game winning rbis with a 3 run double.
