Girls Softball:Sacred Heart Academy Beats Amity; Friday Broadcast East Haven at West Haven

Sacred Heart Academy defeated Amity 14-0 in Thursday night's Softball Broadcast in Orange. The game was called after 5 innings because of the 12 run mercy rule.

Bernadette Kingsbury was the winning pitcher allowing only 3 hits. At the plate, Kingsbury had 3 hits and scored 2 runs. Glory Villano had 3 hits, including a Grand Slam Home Run, Emily Drezek had a Home Run and 3 rbis, Ally Kirck had 3 hits and 3 rbis and Kyleen Crowe had 2 hits and 2 rbis for SHA.

Carly Marchitto had a double for Amity.
