Tremont Waters, Notre Dame(WH), was named the Gatorade Conn. Boys Basketball Player of the Year.
Waters averaged 25.3 points, 4.6 assists and 4.6 steals per game and shot 87.3 percent from the foul line. Waters is ranked as the nation's No. 33 recruit in the Class of 2017 by ESPN.
