Toyota is working on a new high-tech lunar rover for future moon missions. The carmaker announced this week it's teaming up with Japan's space agency to develop a pressurized rover for astronauts to use in the next decade and beyond. Artists' sketches show a completely enclosed six-wheeled SUV that represents a giant leap over NASA's Apollo-era moon buggies. Toyota says the rover will be about 20 feet long and will be powered by fuel cell technology. It would also have a proposed range of more than 6,000 miles.
